Reconnect Policy
Any past due payments not made by 8:00 a.m. on disconnect day will be on the disconnect list. Beginning January 1, 2023, there will be a
a $50.00 reconnect fee to restore service. After hours (beginning at 3:30) the reconnect fee is $75.00. When the first customer on the list pays a reconnect fee, all customers thereafter must pay.

New customers must come into the office to establish service. A small information card must be filled out, present picture ID and pay with a check, cash or money order.
